"Got my account updated without much hassle"
I needed to change a few account details on Foodhub the other day, and it was mostly fine. I did do that thing where you click around for a minute like, wait, is it under settings or profile? But once I found the right spot, everything went through smoothly. The password reset email showed up fast too, which was nice because I was already halfway expecting to wait around. Not giving it 5 stars just because the layout could be a little more obvious, but it wasn’t a big headache or anything.

"A surprisingly painless takeaway mission"
I was fully prepared for the usual battle of finding my local takeaway and getting stuck in a checkout nightmare, but Foodhub made it ridiculously easy. I found the place I wanted quickly, ordered without any drama, and checkout was done before I had time to get annoyed. No fuss at all, it just worked, which felt like a small miracle.

"Easy enough, but a bit confusing at times"
I’ve used the Foodhub app a few times now, and overall it’s been handy for finding local takeaways and reordering things I’ve had before. The checkout is straightforward, so no real complaints there. The only part that threw me off a bit was how slow some menus were to load, and one time my basket didn’t update straight away, so I was sat there wondering if I’d done something wrong. It wasn’t a big issue in the end, though, it still works fine for ordering food.

I wasn’t sure I’d find much open late, but Foodhub actually had loads of restaurants showing in my area. It was really easy to find somewhere, order quickly, and not have to mess about. it was a relief after trying it, and I’d definitely use it again

I used it to order from my local chippy and it was straightforward. I mainly just care that I can find what I want quickly and get the order through without any hassle, and it did the job. Nice to be able to support a local takeaway too...

I’ve used Foodhub a few times now and it’s been straightforward. The orders have gone through quickly, and I like that I can choose which emails or texts I receive rather than worrying about getting loads of unwanted messages. Food arrived fine each time and I haven’t had any issues with the app. It feels simple, low-hassle, and does what I need.

Ordered on Foodhub the other night and it came packed well overall. The bag was sealed and I didn’t notice any leaks or anything, though one of the boxes was a bit squashed on the corner. Not sure if that happened before it left or on the way, but the food was still alright, so I wasn’t too bothered.

Paying for my order was simple enough, my card went through on the first try, the checkout page was easy to follow, and I got the confirmation almost straight away. That part was totally fine. I just felt a bit misled overall because the experience made it seem like everything would be straightforward from start to finish, and that wasn’t really the impression I was left with.

I used Foodhub last night, or maybe the night before, and the order was spot on. Got the right pizza, dips and drinks, and nothing was missing for once. They even followed the note I left for the takeaway about no onions, which sounds small but makes a big difference. Would definitely use again.

Had a bit of a problem with my Foodhub order. A few items just didn’t show up. Annoying, obviously. I put in a complaint and waited. Took a little longer than I thought it would, to be honest, but the person who replied was decent. No weird back and forth, no hassle. Refund came through a couple of days later. So yeah, not perfect. But they did fix it. Fair enough. 4 stars from me.

"Good for a cheap takeaway when there’s a code"
I mostly use Foodhub when I’ve got a discount code, to be honest. Managed to knock a few quid off my last couple of orders, which I’m not going to complain about. The promo codes have been straightforward to add at checkout too. I don’t really pay much attention to all the shiny “best deal” type wording companies use, because half the time it’s just sales talk, but if the discount actually comes off, that’s good enough for me. It’s not been perfect every single time, but for saving a bit on a takeaway, I’m happy to keep using it.

I was able to find the dairy-free options quickly, which made ordering way less stressful. I also checked with support just to be safe, and they basically said something like, “Yep, you can filter for allergens and double-check the item details before ordering.” Super simple and no hassle
